Hi. I just shared my appraisal on the service during breakfast on Feb 21, 2018 (that was yesterday morning) around 9am breakfast. We sit outside ! Me and Kelly Chong (my wife who booked hotel) with 2 little boys. There is one gentleman (looked like leader) who served the people one by one in breakfast place, he was busy but I saw him serving people very good. Most impressed thing was he came across our table (outside) and changed the cushion as he told my son that was higher so my son will be more comfortable in eating. AS I worked in service related field, he really impressed me and so I decided to write this to appraise him - sorry I did not get his name but I hope if he saw it he will be pleased that he had done a small but great job to our family! Thanks! He wore the black T shirt and whole suit outside...I think your side should know him...

it is a good and comfortable hotel...no dislike
